I. Account Setup

Full payment must be made before accounts are setup. In addition, all orders will need to bypass an automatic screening process by our system. In most cases, accounts are instantly setup. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate billing, contact and payment information so that your order will be screened successfully.

In the event that your order does not bypass our screening process, our staffs will contact you to request for additional information. DaiServer is not responsible for lapsed account setup due to any order not passing our screening process

II. Currency

All prices denoted on the website are in terms of IDR/USD. If your primary currency is not IDR/USD, your payment merchant will apply a conversion based on their exchange rates.

III. Banned Activity

Visitors to our SITE and services will have multiple manners of interacting with us. Depending upon your level of interaction, we will collect different information about you. We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our SITE. The type of information collected is as follows:

Minning, Crack, DDOS Atack, or illegal activity/crime activity.
Scripts or systems that cause server performance issues.
Threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory statements and spam.
Promotion of illegal activities (info on hacking, cracking etc).

RDP PLAN Rule

ALl the following services or active are strictly prohibited at DaiServer

Gaming or Programming BOT
Proxy Servers / Websites,VPN, Mailer, WebServer, Streaming Services
Abusing of Resources, DDoS Attacks, IP Spoofers, Any kind of IRC Bots.
Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts.
VLottery/Gambling Sites, Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme).
Terrorist Activities,Child porn,Fake Login Pages,Hacking Tools,Fraudulent/Phishing Sites,Telnet or SSH Access Scripts.

If you are uncertain whether the usage of your website falls into any of the above categories, please contact our Sales Department directly for clarification. Direct Customers: We will notify you so you can take down the offending content. Depending on the severity of the situation, we may have to suspend your account first.

Resellers: We will notify you so you can request for your client to remove the offending content. Depending on the severity of the situation, we may have to suspend your client`s cPanel account first – other cPanel accounts under your reseller account will not be suspended.

* If you violate the above rules unilaterally. We are unable to refund your money back. Please read TOS before you buy a product

IV. Transfer and Migration

Our transfers team will make every effort to help you to move your website to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we cannot make guarantees regarding the availability, possibility or time required to complete an account transfer.

V. Cancellation

Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services. DaiServer gives you 7-30 day money back guarantee for any customer who paid the first invoice with a Bitcoin, and Indonesian Bank Transfered. If you paid with paypal, we can refund with Bitcoin.

VI. Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our Billing Department which will attempt to rectify the situation. If the issue cannot be fixed, you are entitled to an unconditional refund within 30 days for the annual plan or 1×24 hours for a monthly plan. There are no refunds past estimate days period. Violations of our Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you had already requested for a refund before, you will not be eligible for a refund again. Deductions will be made for the following items: Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS ( SSD/HDD Disk, Protect/Unprotect DDOS Mitigation ). Please note ALL RDP PLAN can’t refund, so if you have any question about RDP, please make a ticket and make sure about this item.

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. DaiServeris not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on DaiServer. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason unless otherwise agreed to in writing by DaiServer.
